The Subamplify Dashboard gives you a full view of all subscription orders made through your Shopify store. When you log into your Subamplify Dashboard and navigate to the Orders menu item, you can manage orders under three different categories: Processed, Upcoming and Charge Errors. Each of these serve their own purpose in providing valuable information for your customer payment history.
Manage your orders
The Subamplify dashboard's orders section is divided into three sub-sections to help you keep track of their orders with ease. Each sub-section provides a specific view of the orders and is broken down as follows:
Processed: This section lists all orders that have been successfully submitted for payment. This helps merchants see which orders have been successfully processed and what actions they may need to take next.
Upcoming: This section lists all orders that are scheduled for payment in the future. This helps merchants keep track of upcoming orders and prepare for them accordingly.
Charge Errors: This section lists all orders that have failed payments, along with the reasons for the failure. This helps merchants understand the reasons for failed payments and take the necessary steps to resolve them.
